Risk Disclaimer
Trading is risky. CFDs, Forex, and other leveraged instruments are complex products that carry a high risk of losing money rapidly. You should consider whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
1. Not financial advice
Tradexilus (operated by Tradexilus, hereafter “we”, “us”, or “the Service”) is a discipline and journaling tool for traders who operate their own broker accounts through MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5. We do not provide investment advice, trade signals, trade recommendations, portfolio management, or any form of regulated financial service.
Nothing within the Service — including dashboards, rule evaluations, analytics, calendars, or any other feature — constitutes a personal recommendation, a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or financial, legal, or tax advice.
2. You are responsible for your trades
All trading decisions are made by you on your own broker account. We never originate trades. Our only automated action is to close positions you have already opened when those positions violate the discipline rules you yourself have configured. You can change, disable, or remove those rules at any time.
You remain solely responsible for:
- Choosing which instruments to trade and at which volume.
- Selecting and funding your broker account.
- Configuring discipline rules that match your risk tolerance.
- Monitoring your account, especially during periods of high volatility.
- Compliance with the laws and tax obligations of your jurisdiction.
3. Automated closure is best-effort, not guaranteed
Tradexilus closes trades through the MetaApi cloud bridge, which connects to your broker in real time. Although we have engineered the platform for very low latency (typical end-to-end enforcement is one to two seconds), execution depends on factors that are not under our control, including but not limited to:
- Broker server performance, spreads, slippage, and requotes.
- MetaApi cloud availability and broker connectivity.
- Internet stability between your broker, MetaApi, and our infrastructure.
- Market gaps, news events, weekend gaps, and instruments that are temporarily untradeable.
- Vercel, Fly.io, Postgres, and Redis availability.
We provide the Service on a best-effort basis. We make no warranty that rule violations will always be detected in time, that closures will always succeed, or that closure prices will be favorable. Losses caused by partial fills, slippage, broker rejection, or temporary platform outages are your responsibility.
4. No guarantee of profit or loss prevention
Discipline rules can help you stop bad behaviors (overtrading, revenge trading, ignoring stops). They cannot guarantee profits, cap losses below the broker’s margin call, or protect you from your own choices outside of the rules you have set.
5. Jurisdiction and regulation
Tradexilus is operated from Italy. We are not authorised or regulated by Consob, BaFin, FCA, CySEC, SEC, FINRA, or any other financial supervisory authority, because we are not a financial services provider — we are a SaaS tool. If your local regulator requires you to use only regulated services for any automated activity on your broker account, you must verify your own compliance before using Tradexilus.
6. Use at your own risk
You use Tradexilus voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for losses — including but not limited to trading losses, missed closures, opportunity costs, broker fees, taxes, and consequential damages — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
